Tim Ross Band

Tim Ross is a singer/songwriter/guitar slinger who hails from southeastern British Columbia, Canada.

His songwriting influences range from rock-and-roll and blues to rockabilly and cowboy songs. He has several recordings on CD with “Buffalohead” and “Blue Sky, Green Grass” released in 2006, Cowboy Museum” in 2012, vinyl with ‘Vampire Boogie/Vampire Blues’ (2015) and “13 Scenes” in 2021. All ofthese songs can be found on iTunes and Spotify.

Tim has also made several videos, which are featured on his YouTube channel. They include original rockers, ‘Limousine’ and ‘Road Kill’, plus the western-flavoured ‘Another Summer Tour’. Tim’s hockey video, ‘If Yer Playin’ Hockey’, which was a finalist in the CBC Hockey Night in Canada Theme contest, is also featured.

Rounding out the band are Brian Bova on drums and Mike Guarnery on the bass. The Tim Ross Band plays a mix of original music, with enough rock and roll, blues and country covers to make for a spicy, danceable, entertaining evening.

Live Music at the Horsethief

The Horsethief Creek Pub & Eatery has a vibrant live music scene.  Live Music has continued weekly for several years, and we do dozens of other music events through the year including special events like Radium Days and the Columbia Valley Classics annual Show & Shine.
