Chef’s Choice: Rack of Lamb Provencal 3 course meal
Once a month the kitchen team gets to try something completely different. The team is asked to bring in a few special ingredients and try a dish they absolutely love to make. So far the results have been outstanding, and this month looks like it will hold the trend.
Chef Larry Newman has created this Month’s Chef’s Choice. The meal is designed as a three course special, but each part may be ordered individually.
To start: a cold asparagus vinaigrette salad.
Main course: Rack of Lamb Provencal with sides of baby carrots vichy, stuffed tomato florentine, and couscous jardinière.
Dessert: Strawberries Romanov.
Chef’s Choice is available Friday, Saturday & Sunday after 5:00, while supplies last.
