Once a month the kitchen team gets to try something completely different. The team is asked to bring in a few special ingredients and try a dish they absolutely love to make. So far the results have been outstanding, and this month looks like it will hold the trend.
James has BBQ on the mind as we start spring here in the Columbia Valley. Accordingly, he has created a marinade and is ready to make Mediterranean grilled sirloin steak with fetta cheese, grilled veggies, and mashed potatoes.
