Chef’s Choice: Brown Butter & Honey Garlic Salmon + Apple Blossom Pastry
Once a month the kitchen team gets a weekend to try something completely different. This month Justin and James have been working on this delicious seafood dish and an apple dessert.
The dinner feature features a salmon filet crusted with an in house made brown butter and honey garlic glaze. The salmon is served beside coconut shrimp and grilled asparagus with a bed of rice.
As a desert feature they have created an apple blossom pastry that is outstanding and should not be missed.
