Local legend Big Eli B (aka Elijah Beingessner) takes to the Horsethief Creek Pub’s stage and plays his brand of Blues/Rock. Eli’s shows are always a busy night so make sure you arrive early and bring your clapping hands.
“We are the Big Eli Blues Band, a Hard Blues/Rock group based out of the Columbia Valley. We have one studio album so far and have been playing music in the area for years. The group consists of Big Eli B on vocals, and guitar, Marty Beingessner on Bass and Dave Shaw on drums. We perform a mix of probably 60/40 originals/ covers and are heavily influenced by Joe Bonamassa, Walter Trout, Stevie Ray Vaughan and ZZ Top, as well as so many other legends! We are honored to be part of this contest and just love playing our music!”
Big Eli B is known for his incredible guitar skills and his passionate love of live music. You’ll hear everything from jazzy blues to Jimmy Hendrix, and everything you hear will make for a memorable night. You’ll often hear Eli at the Steamboat Mountain Music Festival, at Invermere Musicfest, and he’s been featured on CBC Searchlight.

The Horsethief Creek Pub & Eatery has a vibrant live music scene. Live Music been an integral part of our events profile for many years, and we do dozens of other music events through the year including our Summer Saturday Music and special events like Radium Days and the Columbia Valley Classics annual Show & Shine.
We host a variety of bands and musicians at the Horsethief, from local bands

The Horsethief Creek Pub & Eatery hosts many great events all through the year, including Yuk Yuk’s Stand Up Comedy, Magicians, Burlesque & Live Music every week. Great seating and viewing options for guests and a full dinner and bar menu.
