The Pickups are originally from up the valley in Golden BC and are coming down to Radium to play Live Music Night at the Horsethief Pub. Father Larry Pickering and his son Travis Pickering have been part of the Live Music family at the Horsethief Pub since the very first night, and their performances are always a must see.
Usually performing as a duo, The Pickups have a great mix of popular covers and original tunes. You’ll hear everything from rock to country with enjoyable harmonies and happy beats. From time to time the boys bring on other musicians to round out their music even more.

Live Music at the Horsethief
The Horsethief Creek Pub & Eatery has a vibrant live music scene. Live Music has been an integral part of the Horsethief life for several years, and we do dozens of other music events through the year including special events like Radium Days and the Columbia Valley Classics annual Show & Shine.
We host a variety of bands and musicians at the Horsethief, from local bands

The Venue & Village
The Horsethief Creek Pub & Eatery hosts many great events all through the year, including Yuk Yuk’s Stand Up Comedy, Magicians, Burlesque & Live Music every Sunday. Great seating and viewing options for guests and a full dinner and bar menu.
