Chef’s Choice: Bison Short Rib Gnocchi
Once a month the kitchen team gets to try something completely different. The team is asked to bring in a few special ingredients and try a dish they absolutely love to make. So far the results have been outstanding, and this month looks like it will hold the trend.
James has created a Bison Short Rib Gnocchi with Poached Egg. Over the last few weeks James has been perfecting his creation, and all the staff have enjoyed the samples! This very rich Italian dish is full of flavour and should not be missed.
Chef’s Choice is available Friday, Saturday & Sunday after 5:00, while supplies last. This Sunday is also Give Back Sunday benefiting Friends of the Kootenay, and the Chef’s Choice special is part of the give back!
